LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT Closes Sale of Tokyo Property

LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT (TYO:3466), a real estate investment trust focused on logistics facilities, completed the sale of a 12.5% stake in the LOGIPORT NagareyamaB property in Tokyo for 4.38 billion yen, a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

With the completion, the company has wrapped up the sale of a 37.5% interest in the property for 13.13 billion yen, under a deal signed in October 2023.
