CWB Automotive Electronics (SHA:605005) completed the registration of overseas investment to set up a subsidiary and production base in Germany, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The Chinese automotive electronic component maker disclosed the plan in May, the disclosure added.
