AdvanSix Names Sidd Manjeshwar CFO; Michael Preston to Remain Until Year End

AdvanSix has hired Sidd Manjeshwar as senior vice president and chief financial officer of the diversified chemistry company, effective Oct. 1.

AdvanSix on Thursday said Manjeshwar most recently served as vice president, corporate treasurer and investor relations, at Air Products & Chemicals.

The company--which announced in May that Michael Preston planned to retire as chief financial officer--said Preston will remain through the end of the year to assist with the transition.

The Parsippany, N.J., company said Manjeshwar will receive an annual base salary of $525,000 and will be eligible for an annual bonus with a target of 70% of his base pay.
