Create Restaurants Acquires Ichigen Food Company

Create Restaurants (TYO:3387) will acquire Ichigen Food Company, which operates the Ebisoba Ichigen ramen brand, at an undisclosed value, effective Oct. 1, according to its filing last Friday.

Ichigen runs 11 outlets in Japan and abroad, and sells ramen and instant noodles as souvenirs.

Create Restaurants will acquire 100% of Ichigen's shares, with the price to be finalized based on financial due diligence.
