Osaka Gas Completes Share Buyback
Osaka Gas (TYO:9532) completed its buyback program after repurchasing 472,700 common shares for a total of 1.64 billion yen from Sept. 1 to Sept. 12, according to its Thursday filing.
This repurchase is part of the resolution to buy back up to 15 million shares for a maximum of 20 billion yen by Sept. 30 via market purchase on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Osaka Gas' shares shed over 1.5% at market close.
