Drone manufacturer Aerospace CH UAV (SHE:002389) plans to sell the first to eighth floors of the Nanyang Building in a bid to optimize resource allocation and focus on its drone business.
The building is located at 734 Shifu Ave., Jiaojiang District in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, according to a Sept. 14 filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The asset has a total transfer area of 14,128 square meters, with an assessed value of 271.1 million yuan.
