South China Vocational Education Group's (HKG:6913) affiliate Guangzhou Lingnan Education Group's sponsored Guangdong Lingnan Institute of Technology engaged Guangzhou Jisheng Construction as the general contractor.

The contractor will build a student dormitory, a teacher's dormitory, and a basement of Qingyuan Campus for 88.3 million yuan, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The construction is expected to be completed by July 30, 2025.

The company's shares were up nearly 2% in recent trade.
