Jiangsu Chuanzhiboke Education Technology (SHE:003032) plans to acquire 51% of Singaporean peer FIS Holdings for SG$15.3 million, according to a Sept. 21 disclosure on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The stake will be bought from shareholders Li Wei and David Mok Kah Sing through subsidiary Weixue Education.
After the transaction, FIS Holdings will become a subsidiary of the Chinese education technology company through Weixue Education, the disclosure said.
Shares of the company slid less than 2% in recent trade.
