Swire Pacific (HKG:0019, HKG:0087) unit Swire Beverages (South East Asia) completed the acquisition of a 55.7% stake in ThaiNamthip, a Monday bourse filing said.
ThaiNamthip manufactures and sells non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages in Thailand and Laos.
The completion of the disposal of a 30% stake each in Swire's Cambodian and Vietnamese units, CC Cambodia Holdings and Coca-Cola Indochina, to ThaiNamthip is yet subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.
