Quam Plus International Financial's (HKG:0952) subsidiary Quam Capital disposed of 131,653,711 shares, 1.38% of the total issued shares of Guotai Junan International Holdings (HKG:1788) on the market for HK$204.4 million at HK$1.5528 per share on Monday, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The group plans to use the proceeds for partial repayments of its borrowings.
