Wellchange Holdings (WCT) shares rose 5.3% in recent Wednesday trading after the company made its debut on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The stock was trading at $4.21, above the IPO price of $4 apiece.

The company said late Tuesday it priced its IPO of 2 million shares, being offered by the company and a selling shareholder, for gross proceeds to the company of $4.4 million.

The underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 165,000 shares.

The offering is expected to close Thursday.
