Shanghai Luoman Technologies (SHA:605289) completed the acquisition of 85% of UK Predaptive Od, according to a Sept. 27 disclosure on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The registration certificate of the British firm has been released after being revised.

The Chinese urban landscape lighting provider paid the first phase of the transaction price, which amounts to 21.1 million British pounds, the disclosure said.
