Southern Palladium (ASX:SPD) Non-Executive Chairman Roger Baxter will transition to an executive role, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Baxter's focus will be on investor and government relations.

In the same filing, Southern Palladium said the pre-feasibility study for the Bengwenyama project is nearing completion, with results expected to be released before the end of the month.
