Seven Group Holdings (ASX:SVW) plans to change its registered company name to SGH to reflect recent developments in its core operations, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Subsequently, the media group intends to change its ASX listing code to "SGH" from "SVW" starting Nov. 18.
