Seven Group Holdings (ASX:SVW) plans to change its registered company name to SGH to reflect recent developments in its core operations, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Subsequently, the media group intends to change its ASX listing code to "SGH" from "SVW" starting Nov. 18.
The name change will be presented to shareholders at the company's annual general meeting on Nov. 14, the filing stated. It is expected to take effect no later than Nov. 22, following the approval of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and register update.
