Kingfisher Mining (ASX:KFM) found copper mineralization from a recent rock chip sampling program at the Ring Well prospect in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The program yielded up to a little over 20% and about 22% copper from a 44-meter exposed outcrop, the filing said.
Shares of Kingfisher Mining surged almost 19% at market close on Thursday.
