Mooreast (SGX:1V3) has extended the disbursement date for a SG$1 million deposit related to a convertible loan agreement with SG-RT Fund, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The initial deadline for the deposit, due on Aug. 13, was extended to Oct. 14, following a mutual agreement between the company and the lender.
On Oct. 11, the lender requested an additional extension of one month, pushing the new deadline to Nov. 14 due to unforeseen delays in an extended administrative process, the filing said.
All other terms of the convertible loan agreement, worth SG$20 million, remain unchanged, according to the filing.
