Yincheng International (HKG:1902) recorded contracted sales of about 187 million yuan in September, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 8,828 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at around 21,185 yuan per square meter.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, contracted sales and GFA reached 2.34 billion yuan and 137,206 square meters, respectively.
