MayAir Technology China (SHA:688376) is planning to acquire cleanroom wall and ceiling systems provider CM Hi-Tech Cleanroom (HKG:2115), according to a filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Under the proposed deal, MayAir HK will acquire 957,473,450 shares of CM Hi-Tech Cleanroom at HK$0.25 apiece for a total of HK$239.4 million.

The air filter manufacturer said the transaction will enable it to optimize resources and boost operating efficiency.
