Dasin Retail Trust (SGX:CEDU) will terminate the commercial and property management agreements for the Shunde Metro Mall and Tanbei Metro Mall in China, effective Oct. 31, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The board decided without participation from minority directors Zhang Zhencheng and Zhang Zhongming due to conflicts of interest related to outstanding receivables from the properties.

The current managers, Foshan Shunde Dasin Metro-Mall Commercial Management and Zhongshan Yuanteng Commercial Property Management are affiliated with these directors.
