Metal Sky Star Acquisition (MSSA) said Tuesday it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Fedilco Group, which holds an 80% equity stake in Armenia-based telecommunications company Viva Armenia.

Metal Sky Star Acquisition will purchase all outstanding shares of Fedilco Group following necessary approvals from Armenian state authorities, the company said.

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
