Ellipsiz Subsidiary Enters into Collaborative Agreement with Uplay Ventures

Ellipsiz's (SGX:BIX) wholly owned subsidiary, E Golfing, entered into a collaborative agreement with UPlay Ventures for the development and operations of indoor golf simulation centers across Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Under the agreement, E Golfing will invest around SG$5.0 million for the renovation and fitting out of simulation centers while maintaining operations of the facilities.

Meanwhile, Uplay will procure leases of the centers and provide management and advisory services.

The move comes in as E Golfing looks to fill a gap in the Singapore market for demand of golfing.
