SEEC Media Group (HKG:0205) said Elite Partners resigned as its auditor because it had been restricted from undertaking audit services for enterprises listed outside mainland China for five years amid a regulatory action.

The board appointed Infinity CPA as the new auditors until the next annual general meeting, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The changes took effect on Oct. 8.
