Yangtzekiang Garment (HKG:0294) unit Exquisite Knitters (Guangzhou) will sell certain office premises in China to Baopu (Shanghai) Import & Export for around 16.4 million yuan, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Completion of the disposal is expected to occur on or before Oct. 31.

The garment manufacturer will use the proceeds from the sale as general working capital.
