Credit Clear (ASX:CCR) said its non-executive directors purchased an aggregate of 3.1 million shares from managing director Andrew Smith at a price of AU$0.32 apiece, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
Smith retains 21.6 million shares, while key management personnel hold about 40 million shares or 9.5% of all shares on issue, the filing said.
