Ennoconn Corp.'s (TPE:6414) offer to acquire shares in Nera Telecommunications (SGX:N01) closed Wednesday, with 37,618,025 shares, representing about 10.39% of the total number of shares, validly accepted, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the close of the offer, Ennoconn and its concert parties hold about 63.77% of the total shares in the Singapore-listed company, the filing said.

Shares of Nera Telecommunications were up nearly 3% in recent trading.
