Lisi Group (HKG:0526) and subscriber Manukura (CMCI) have agreed to extend the completion date of a subscription agreement to on or before Friday, Oct. 25, a Monday bourse filing said.

The move comes about as the parties need additional time to complete administrative work related to the subscription.

The company had agreed to issue 800 million shares to private trust company Manukura (CMCI) at HK$0.076 apiece in September.
