Lisi Group (HKG:0526) has completed the issue of 800 million shares to private trust company Manukura (CMCI) at HK$0.076 apiece to raise net proceeds of around HK$60.5 million, an Oct. 25 bourse filing said.

The shares represent roughly 9.1% of the plastic and hardware household items manufacturer's enlarged issued share capital.

The company will use proceeds from the issue for the potential acquisition of Emerald Holding (Luxembourg) and for general working capital.

Shares of the company closed over 14% lower on Monday.
