JAPFA (SGX:UD2) booked a profit attributable to owners of $87.5 million for the January to September period, compared to a loss attributable of $22.7 million in the year-ago period, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Earnings per share came in at $0.0430 from loss per share of $0.0111 in the comparable period.
Revenue was up 4% year over year to $3.42 billion from $3.29 billion, driven by steady feed margins across major markets.
The agriculture farming company declared an interim divided on SG$0.01 per share.
Shares of the company surged nearly 9% in recent trading.
