Manulife US REIT (SGX:BTOU) completed the divestment of Capitol, a property located in Sacramento, California, a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange stated.

The REIT will use the proceeds from the disposal to fully repay outstanding loans totaling around $130.7 million.

Following the divestment, the REIT's US portfolio comprises nine office properties.
