Star-Ledger to End Print Edition, Jersey Journal to Shut Down, NJ.com Reports

--The Newark, N.J.-based Star-Ledger newspaper will end its print edition, while the Hudson County-based Jersey Journal will cease publication, according to a report on NJ.com. The website and the newspapers are part of Advance Local, which is part of Advance Publications.

--Advance Local's Times of Trenton, South Jersey Times, Hunterdon County Democrat and Express-Times will become online-only, according to a report on lehighvalleylive.com.

--Jersey Journal's last edition will be on Feb. 1, while the final print edition of the Star-Ledger will be Feb. 2, NJ.com reported.
