Capital Southwest to offer convertible notes due 2029

Capital Southwest (NASDAQ:CSWC) said it will start a public offering of unsecured convertible notes due 2029.
The firm said the notes will be unsecured obligations of Capital Southwest, will accrue interest payable quarterly in arrears and will mature in 2029.
The firm expects to use the proceeds from the offering to redeem in full its 4.50% notes due 2026, to repay a portion of the outstanding indebtedness under its senior secured revolving credit facility with ING Capital, and for general corporate purposes.
