Dominion Energy Inc (NYSE:D) reported third-quarter revenue of $3.941 billion, missing the consensus of $4.179 billion.
Operating expenses declined to $2.72 billion from $2.78 billion a year ago.
Adjusted operating earnings rose to $835 million from $651 million in the same period in 2023. Adjusted EPS was $0.98, up from $0.75 a year ago, beating the consensus of $0.93.
As of September 30, the company had cash and cash equivalents of $1.78 billion.
Dividend: The company declared a quarterly dividend of 66.75 cents per share, payable on December 20, to shareholders of record as of November 29.
Outlook: The company narrowed FY24 operating EPS to $2.68 – $2.83 (from $2.62 – $2.87 earlier), compared to the consensus of $2.77.
The company also maintained FY25 operating EPS of $3.25 – $3.54 vs. consensus of $3.39.
