Kingkey Financial International (HKG:1468) engaged Chan Ka Leung Gary as a finance and management consultant effective from Thursday, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Chan will provide advisory and consultancy services regarding corporate finance and management to the group in order to improve the company's business performance.
Chan's responsibilities will include areas of environment, social and governance development, green energy financing and investment, and collaboration on artificial intelligence projects with international companies.
