First Real Estate Investment Trust (SGX:AW9U) issued 2.6 million units to its manager, First REIT Management, at SG$0.2608 each, as 50% of the performance fee for July 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2023, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The remaining fee of SG$666,301 was paid in cash.
