Art Group's (HKG:0565) 51% owned joint venture Hainan-Hong Kong-Macau Aviation Development & Investment agreed to provide cargo air freight chartering services to Platinum Core on Oct. 29, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the agreement, HHMA Aviation, the joint venture, will transport air cargo for the customer in a Boeing 777-200F between Hong Kong and Miami for a month, starting from Nov. 1 to Nov. 30.

The client will be paying a $680,000 charter fee for each cargo air freight chartering service during the charter term along with terminal expenses based on the actual cargo weight.
