Cromwell European REIT's (SGX:CWBU) distributable income fell 7.8% year on year to 20.8 million euros in the third quarter, according to a Tuesday Singapore bourse disclosure.

The trust's net property income, however, rose 7.0% year over year to 34.5 million euros, while gross revenue edged up 0.6% on year to 53.9 million euros.

The trust also reported a portfolio occupancy of 93.9% as of Sept. 30, while the weighted average lease expiry remained stable at 4.7 years, the filing said.
