SRE Group (HKG:1207) has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to review the decision of its listing committee to cancel the company's listing, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The trading in the shares of the company was suspended on April 3, 2023, due to a delay in the publication of its 2022 annual results among other things.

The company was required to fulfill the resumption guidance provided by the exchange and resume trading by Oct. 2.

As the company had failed to satisfy the resumption guidance, the listing committee of the HKEX notified the company on Oct. 25 regarding the cancelation of its listing.
