Kennedy Wilson Announces Dividend of $0.12 Per Common Share for Fourth Quarter 2024

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 06, 2024-- 

Global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson $(KW)$ today announced that the company will pay a dividend of $0.12 per share (or $0.48 per share annually) to common shareholders of record as of December 31, 2024, with a payment date of January 2, 2025.
