Autoliv (ALV) said late Monday it increased its quarterly dividend by 3% to $0.70 per share from $0.68.

The dividend will be payable on Dec. 19 to holders of Autoliv common stock as of Dec. 3.

The company also extended its share repurchase program until the end of 2025. Under the program, Autoliv can repurchase up to $550 million worth of shares or up to 7.5 million shares, whichever comes first.
