Singapore Airlines' (SGX:C6L) net profit fell 59% year over year to SG$290.3 million in fiscal Q2 from SG$707.1 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Total revenue was up 2% year over year to SG$4.78 billion from SG$4.68 billion, mainly due to slightly increased cargo revenue.
Meanwhile, overall capacity was up 10.6% year over year in fiscal H1 while passenger capacity was up 11.0%.
