Polaris (TYO:3010) said its subsidiary, Fino Hotels, signed a memorandum of understanding with Aqua Resort to operate a new upscale hotel in Naha, Okinawa, Japan, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The KOKO HOTEL Premier Naha, located near Kokusai-Dori Street and Kencho-mae Station, will feature 173 spacious rooms, a rooftop infinity pool, and spa facilities.

Polaris expects to open the property in the summer of 2028 under a long-term lease. The hotel is set to boost Polaris' footprint in Okinawa, joining another Naha location planned for 2027.
