EC World REIT (SGX:BWCU) distribution per unit or DPU for the third quarter of the year declined by 56% to SG$0.00401 compared to SG$0.00916 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Net property income decreased by nearly 8% to SG$22.8 million from SG$24.7 million in the year-ago period.

Gross revenue was down 7% year over year to SG$25.1 million from SG$27.0 million, mainly due to lower rental income.
