SiS International (HKG:0529) unit SiS Distribution has terminated an agreement to purchase 100% equity interest in OneT Solutions for SG$4.2 million, a Wednesday bourse filing said.

The termination came as certain conditions under the contract could not be met by the completion date.

The parties had first entered into an agreement regarding the purchase in September.

Shares of the company closed nearly 5% lower on Wednesday.
