Evolve Capital Advisory has acquired a 10% stake in ZICO Capital (SGX:40W), a licensed corporate finance adviser in Malaysia, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The partnership aims to expand both firms' presence in the growing M&A and capital markets sectors across Southeast Asia, the filing said.
Evolve Capital, based in Singapore, brings expertise in M&A, private equity, and capital markets, while ZICO Capital offers strong local knowledge in Malaysia.
