B2Gold Corp. (TSX: BTO, NYSE AMERICAN: BTG) announced "positive" exploration drilling results from its 2024 drilling campaign at the Goose Project, part of the Back River Gold District in Nunavut, Canada. For 2024, B2Gold approved a $28 million exploration budget to complete approximately 25,000 meters of drilling on the Back River Gold District, including confirmation drilling at the Umwelt deposit, as well as exploration drilling at several Goose Project regional targets that were developed based on structural modelling and geophysical re-processing. As of November 7, 2024, B2Gold had completed 25,126 m of drilling over 68 drill holes at the Goose Project, including 14,480 m over 40 drill holes at the Umwelt deposit, 3,899 m over 14 drill holes at the Llama deposit area, 6,610 m over 13 exploration target drill holes, and 137 m over one metallurgical hole at the Goose Main deposit.
Among results, ADENTRA Inc. (ADEN.TO), one of North America's largest distributors of architectural building products to the residential, repair and remodel, and commercial construction markets, reported third quarter 2024 sales of US$568.8 million; earnings per share of US$0.42 and Adjusted EBITDA of US$48.0 million; and quarterly dividend increased by 7% to C$0.15 per share.
Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: APR.UN) generated AFFO per Unit of $0.233 (diluted) and paid total cash distributions of $0.201 per Unit in Q3 2024, representing an AFFO payout ratio of approximately 86.3%. For the comparable three-month period ended September 30, 2023, the REIT generated AFFO per Unit of $0.230 (diluted) and paid cash distributions of $0.201 per Unit, representing an AFFO payout ratio of approximately 87.4%.
"We generated continued growth in rental revenue, Cash NOI and AFFO per Unit in the quarter, supported by the fixed and CPI-linked annual rent increases built into our leases," said Milton Lamb, CEO. "Subsequent to quarter end, we entered into agreements to acquire three properties, including our first automotive property in the United States and two heavy construction equipment dealerships properties in the Greater Montreal Area. The purchase prices for the acquisitions will be funded primarily from draws on our revolving credit facilities, which were repaid in full with the proceeds from our sale of the Kennedy Lands in Markham, a transaction that unlocked significant value from this property."

Lucara Diamond Corp. (LUC.TO) reported EPS from continuing operations (basic and diluted)

During Q3, 2024, the company invested $24.1 million into the Karowe Underground Project, excluding capitalized cash borrowing costs: the ventilation shaft completed 169 metres of lateral development and 28 metres of sinking advance, and production shaft activities included sinking a total of 130 metres, and completion of 3 water probe hole covers.
Vitalhub (VHI.TO) reported net income before income taxes of $2,360,258 as compared to net income before income taxes of $1,820,543 in the equivalent prior year period, an increase of 30%. It also reported revenue of $16,509,135 as compared to $13,224,264 in the equivalent prior year period, an increase of 25%. Among other highlights it cited annual recurring revenue up 25% YoY to $53.5 million and Adjusted EBITDA up 33% YoY to $4.6 million.
