Cutia Therapeutics (HKG:2487) said its chief executive officer, Zhang Lele, acquired 5,200 company shares in the open market on Nov. 14 for about HK$49,604, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Before this purchase, Zhang purchased a total of 33,000 shares in the open market for a total of about HK$393,212.
