United Energy Group (HKG:0467) acquired 100% shares of Bulgarian company Green Profit EOOD from Delcho Nikolaev Pehlivanov for 37.5 million euros, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Upon the completion, the company has also acquired construction and easement rights over multiple land plots located in Haskovo, Bulgaria, along with permits to develop the Simeonovgrad Electricity Generation Facility on the said land plots.
