Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) completed the divestment of a 100% stake in an entity that holds Xi'an Logistics Park in China, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Earlier this year, the company agreed to sell the property for a consideration of 70.5 million yuan or approximately SG$13.1 million.

Following the divestment, the REIT's portfolio includes 185 properties across Singapore, Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, and Vietnam.
