A shareholder of Hebei Changshan Biochemical Pharmaceutical (SHE:300255) reduced his shareholdings in the company, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Tuesday.

The shareholder, Yang Minghuan, offloaded about 7 million shares or around 0.8% of the pharmaceutical company, as of Monday.

After the transaction, Yang's holdings fell to about 5% from 5.8%.
