Energizer Holdings (ENR) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net earnings Tuesday of $1.22 per diluted share, up from $1.20 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.17.
Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $805.7 million, down from $811.1 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $805.6 million.
For fiscal Q1, the company said it expects adjusted EPS in the range of $0.60 to $0.65. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.65. Organic revenue for the fiscal quarter is projected to be up 2% to 3%.
For fiscal 2025, Energizer said it expects adjusted EPS in the range of $3.45 to $3.65. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.53. Organic revenue for the fiscal year is expected to rise 1% to 2%.
Additionally, Energizer said its board approved a new stock buyback plan of up to 7.5 million shares, replacing its previous authorization.
Energizer shares were up by more than 2% in premarket trading.
